Insha Travel is the dedicated Hajj and Umrah brand of Times Travel Ltd (Reg. No. 01813409) — a UK travel company built around one purpose: getting British Muslims to the Holy Cities with their minds at ease.
Every flight-inclusive package we sell is ATOL protected under licence 74904. We are IATA accredited, and in Saudi Arabia we book only hotels and transport registered and approved by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. That combination means your money is protected, your flights are ticketed through proper channels, your Umrah visa is applied for through the official Saudi system, and the hotels you sleep in and the coaches that carry you are licensed to serve pilgrims.
We are not a general holiday agency that also sells Umrah. Hajj and Umrah is all we do.
The Story of Insha Travel
Insha Travel was co-founded by Ahmed Zaki, who named the company in honour of his father — a tribute to legacy, and to service.
Ahmed spent a decade working in travel and tourism before stepping away to build other skills. Then, in 2025, a pilgrimage to the Holy Land changed the direction of his life. Standing before the Kaaba, and later walking through Masjid an-Nabawi, he found something he had not been looking for.
The experience changed me totally. I realised I wanted to be in that sacred space every second, every hour. The spirituality and peace I found there became the catalyst for this brand.
The goal behind Insha Travel is a simple one: help others reach these holy sites, and in doing so create the means for our team and our pilgrims to return to the House of Allah again and again.

Insha Travel is the specialist Hajj and Umrah brand of Times Travel Ltd (Companies House 01813409, incorporated 1984), which has arranged Umrah since 1989. You get the focus of a dedicated pilgrimage team with the backing, licensing and financial protection of an established UK travel company.
Hand-Picked Suppliers
We select hotels and ground transport ourselves rather than taking whatever a bed-bank offers. If a hotel is a long walk from the Haram, we say so on the page.
Negotiated Pricing
We agree rates directly for our departures and pass the difference on, instead of marking up a publicly available price.
Protected Bookings
Flight-inclusive packages are ATOL protected under licence 74904. You receive an ATOL Certificate listing exactly what is covered.
