Is It Possible to Do Umrah in July?
Yes. Umrah is open throughout July 2027, and the month splits in two for UK pilgrims: early July is still term time in England and Wales, and the summer holidays begin around 22 July. Schools in Scotland are already on holiday from late June, so Scottish families can travel all month.

What Is the Weather Like for Umrah in July?
Extreme heat: Makkah and Madinah both average about 43°C in the afternoon, and nights stay near 30°C, among the warmest of the year. Perform Umrah late at night or straight after Fajr, rest through the afternoon and drink water steadily, and for Sa'i use the air-conditioned galleries.
Travelling with children or grandparents? Pick a hotel near the mosque so each walk is brief, let the first nights be in Madinah, and request a wheelchair-friendly transfer, which any tier can include.

Until English schools break up, July trips cost what they cost all year: £500 per adult with four sharing for seven Economy nights, or £750 for fifteen 4 Star nights with breakfast and dinner. Dates inside the summer holidays, from about 22 July, are priced for those dates in your quote, because flights cost more then.

When Do the Summer Holidays Start for a July Umrah?
Around 22 July 2027 in most of England and Wales, and in late June in Scotland, so the same July trip can be a term-time trip for one family and a holiday trip for another. Give us the day school closes and the day it reopens, and we will fit the flights to both. Families who can travel before 22 July pay the year-round prices.

What Does a July Umrah Cost a Family?
On fifteen 4 Star nights with half board in early July, two adults and two children aged 2 to 11 sharing a room pay £2,830: £750 per adult and £665 per child. Infants under 2 and youths have their own lower prices, connecting rooms are guaranteed on request, and family Umrah bookings lists every age band.
THE HARAMAIN TRAIN
Can You Take the Haramain Train on a July Umrah?
Yes, as an upgrade to any package: the Haramain high-speed railway links Makkah and Madinah in about two and a half hours, against four to five hours by road. In July's heat, an air-conditioned train with time to spare at either end is worth asking for; the road transfer stays included in every package.

Can You Book 10, 14 or 15 Nights in July?
Yes. Summer trips tend to be longer, and the price per night falls as the stay grows: fourteen Economy nights start at £640 per adult with four sharing, against £500 for seven. Should You Go in July or August?
Choose early July if you can travel in term time, for year-round prices; choose late July or August if you need the school holidays, accepting holiday prices and the same heat. Can You Fly Direct From the UK for a July Umrah?
Yes. Saudia is the only airline flying direct from the UK, to Jeddah, from Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester, and from Birmingham on selected dates; there is no direct flight to Madinah, and every other UK airport connects through a hub. Your quote names the airline and the baggage allowance. On Saudia, Zamzam water is carried on top of your baggage allowance; other airlines set their own rules, and we tell you the allowance before you pay.
