February Umrah packages are Umrah trips from the UK in the weeks around the start of Ramadan 2027: a week before the fast at year-round prices, or the first and second Ashras of Ramadan, half-term included. Flights, the Saudi visa, hotels and transfers come in one ATOL-protected price. Early-February weeks cost from £500 per adult with four sharing on Economy, while Ramadan trips are quoted date by date, with the last ten nights from £1,585.

Can You Do Umrah in February 2027?
Yes, and February gives you two different trips: the first week, before Ramadan, at our year-round prices, or Umrah in Ramadan itself, which is expected to begin around 8 February 2027. Umrah stays open all month; the pause for Hajj comes later, after Eid al-Fitr.

Does February 2027 Fall in Ramadan?
Most of it does: Ramadan 1448 is expected to start around 8 February, so only the first seven days of February come before the fast. The first ten days of Ramadan (the first Ashra) run to about 17 February, the second Ashra to about 27 February, and the last ten nights begin around 28 February. How Hot Is Makkah in February?
Pleasantly warm: Makkah averages 33°C in the afternoon and 20°C overnight in February, and Madinah 27°C and 14°C. That makes this a mild Ramadan to fast in, with days far cooler than a summer Ramadan, and February is one of the driest months, with rain on fewer than one day on average.
Nights in Madinah are still cool enough for a jacket on the walk to Fajr and Taraweeh.

Before Ramadan, a February week costs from £500 per adult with four sharing on Economy and £580 on 4 Star; Ramadan dates are priced for your dates, and eleven nights over the last ten from Manchester start at £1,585 per adult with four sharing. The same package costs £1,630 from Birmingham, and our Heathrow departure on Saudia's direct flight £2,290. A week in the first or second Ashra usually costs less than the last ten nights.

Can You Do Umrah in the February Half-Term?
Yes, but in 2027 the half-term falls inside Ramadan: most English schools break from 15 to 19 February, across the end of the first Ashra and the start of the second, so half-term trips are Ramadan trips and are priced for those dates. Leaving on Saturday 13 February and returning on Sunday 21 February gives eight nights for five days of annual leave.
Check your own school's dates before you ask for a quote, and give us both the day school closes and the day it reopens, so the return flight fits. BEFORE OR DURING RAMADAN?
Should You Go Before Ramadan or During It?
Go in the first week of February for year-round prices, calmer mosques and a journey without fasting; go in Ramadan for Umrah in the month of fasting, with Taraweeh at the Haram, knowing that prices and crowds rise towards the last ten nights. January, just before, is cooler still and fully at year-round prices.
After Eid, Umrah pauses for Hajj, so Easter Umrah prices is planned around the closure dates.

How Long Should a February Umrah Be?
A week fits the gap before Ramadan; ten or eleven nights cover an Ashra; a full month covers most of Ramadan. Our 28-night Economy package costs from £920 per adult with four sharing on year-round dates, fourteen nights in each city; a month that runs through Ramadan is priced for those dates.

FLIGHTS IN FEBRUARY
Which Airlines Fly Direct for a February Umrah?
Saudia is the only airline flying direct from the UK, to Jeddah, from Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester, and from Birmingham on selected dates; there is no direct flight to Madinah, and every other UK airport connects through a hub. Our Heathrow departure on 27 February, for the last ten nights of Ramadan, uses that direct flight. Road transfers are included; the Haramain high-speed train between Makkah and Madinah can be quoted as an upgrade.

£50 per person holds your booking and is part of the price; 50% of the price is due within 24 hours, and the balance 20 days before departure. Every package with flights is protected by ATOL 74904. Cancellations are made in writing by the lead passenger, and the booking terms apply: see the booking conditions.

Can I spend more nights in Madinah in February?
Yes. Any package can be rebalanced towards Madinah, start there, or add nights in either city, and the price is confirmed before you pay.
