Typical Day-by-Day Itinerary
Your flight times set the exact days. This is how a typical 10-night trip runs.
- Day 1
Leave the UK for Jeddah
Board your flight to Jeddah with the printed step-by-step Umrah booklet in your hand luggage. Ihram is usually worn before take-off, as the aircraft passes the Miqat in the air.
- Day 2
Into Makkah for your Umrah
A shared coach takes you from Jeddah airport to Emaar Andalusia. Rest, then follow the booklet through Tawaf, Sa'i and cutting the hair to complete your Umrah.
- Days 3–4
Settling into Makkah
Masjid al-Haram is about 950 m from the hotel. Spend these days on the five daily prayers in congregation, extra Tawaf and Qur'an recitation.
- Day 5
An optional day of Ziyarat
If you add the Makkah Ziyarat when booking, a guide takes you to Jabal al-Nour, Mina and Arafat. Without it, this is one more free day at the Haram.
- Day 6
Final day in Makkah
Your stay is room only, and there are cafés and restaurants close to the hotel; breakfast can be added when you book. Many pilgrims make their farewell Tawaf tonight.
- Day 7
Road journey to Madinah
A shared transfer heads north, roughly 450 km, about five to six hours by coach. Al Aqeeq Al Rawda is around 220 m from Masjid an-Nabawi, close enough to walk to the evening prayer.
- Day 8
Salam at the Prophet's Mosque
Offer your greetings at the grave of the Prophet ﷺ and pray in the mosque he built. Book your Rawdah slot in the Nusuk app as soon as your dates are fixed.
- Days 9–10
Fajr to Ishraq in Madinah
With the mosque a few minutes away, it is easy to arrive for Fajr and stay on until Ishraq. A guided visit to Masjid Quba, Mount Uhud and Masjid al-Qiblatayn is a paid add-on.
- Day 11
Last day in Madinah
Men often visit Jannat al-Baqi', beside the mosque, after Fajr. The afternoon is free for the date market and packing.

Home to the UK
A shared transfer collects you for the airport and your flight back.
