You spend 7 nights in Makkah at the Al Ebaa Hotel, about 500 m from Masjid al-Haram, and 7 nights in Madinah at the Emaar Royal Hotel, around 700 m from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Rooms are room-only; a half-board upgrade and guided Ziyarat can be added at extra cost. Typical Day-by-Day Itinerary
Your flight times set the exact days. This is how a typical 14-night trip runs.
- Day 1
Departure day
Your journey starts at a UK airport with the flight to Jeddah. Join the trip's WhatsApp support group before you leave; it is where meeting points and timings are shared.
- Day 2
Arrival and your first Umrah
A coach, shared with other pilgrims, brings you to Al Ebaa Hotel. After the group orientation, walk the 500 m to Masjid al-Haram and perform Umrah.
- Days 3–5
A fortnight's rhythm begins
Two weeks lets you settle into a routine: Fajr at the Haram, rest in the late morning, then Tawaf in the cooler evening hours.
- Day 6
Second Umrah from Taneem (optional)
Some pilgrims take a taxi to Masjid Aisha at Taneem, enter Ihram again and perform a second Umrah. Ask in the support group for advice on timings.
- Day 7
Makkah's historic sites (paid add-on)
Book a guided Ziyarat to see Jabal Thawr, Jannat al-Mu'alla and the plains of Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafat, or keep the day for the Haram.
- Day 8
Last full day in Makkah
A quieter day before the move north. The room-only rate leaves meals to you; half board can be added when you book.
- Day 9
Makkah to Madinah
The shared coach covers about 450 km. Emaar Royal is around 700 m from Masjid an-Nabawi, roughly ten minutes on foot.
- Day 10
First prayers in Madinah
Pray in the Prophet's Mosque and send salam to the Prophet ﷺ, Abu Bakr and Umar.
- Days 11–12
The Rawdah and daily worship
A Rawdah visit needs a permit from the Nusuk app; slots open in batches, so check each day. The rest of the time is yours for prayer and reading.
- Day 13
Ziyarat in Madinah (paid add-on)
Masjid Quba, where two rak'ahs carry the reward of an Umrah, Mount Uhud and the Seven Mosques can be seen on a guided tour at extra cost.
- Days 14–15
Final days in Madinah
Shop for dates and gifts near the mosque, and make the most of the last congregational prayers.

Journey home
Shared transfer to the airport for your flight back to the UK.
